Randy Haers

Biography
Randy Haers is scientific researcher at the Crime & Society Group (CRiS) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He graduated in 2013 from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven as a Master in Criminology after which he completed the advanced Master programme in Culture and Development Studies (KU Leuven).
He then worked for several years in social sector (i.e. welfare sector and youth work) in which he mainly conducted practical research on resettlement and school climate. In 2021 he started his Ph.D. on the multi-agency approach in criminology.
